Excellent, then my counter-culture agenda is working. Also, they wern't necessarily tastes, it's more of a snapshot of 'right now' and some of them are enforced, not chosen.

I just couldn't get into House of Leaves, though. It's actually sitting about ten feet away from me now. Every once in a while I pick it up and try it again, but experimental novels just aren't my taste.

Anyway, welcome. I used to write, but I don't do much now other than major-related things, which tend to bore most people. Hopefully you'll stick around.

Yeah, I'm struggling through HoL for a subject on hypertext, I don't think i would keep going if I didn't have to.

Also on writing (and to anyone who likes to write) you should try the National Novel Writing Month, where the aim is to write a 50,000+ word novel in November...
