I got the job!
Well, as some of you know I have been unemployed for the past three months after I was unceremoniously fired (not renewed) from my last job as a Valuations Coordinator because the company was going down.
Today I went to an interview in a Land Investment company as PA to Sales Director and to be perfectly honest I've never had an interview that went so well. The woman I am replacing was really impressed with me; I was even told I was possibly over-qualified for the job! She said she'd let me know and she'd "try her best", so I went home thinking "Oh..." and then I was called back about 25 minutes later and asked to come in for a second interview with the Sales Manager and he hired me on the spot!
Scabby, this is an absolute riot - but remember we practiced you being the interviewer and me being the interviewee (that word looks wrong) .. well they asked me those exact questions! It was brilliant!!
So, I won't be around during the day (my time) anymore, but you guys are all sleeping then anyway, sooo... here's to the evenings!!
I am THRILLED to finally be earning good money again!!!
