It says you can view chat archives if you are a member, but I'm a junior member and I can do it to.

Everyone is a member. Including founders, mods and the admin. We just have different labels.

P.S. You can change the "Junior Member" thingy if you want.

Click on the "User CP" at the top of the page.
Then click "Edit Your Details" on the left hand side of the new page.
And in the "Optional Information" in the main section of the context, you will see "Custom User Title".
In the white rectangle, type in what you would like to change it to.

And that's how you change it.
