Re: Ideas on foods.
I believe you can get hypoallergenic fake milk and eggs at the grocery store, and packages should have warning labels on them if they are prepared with nuts or even prepared in something that occasionally has nuts in it.
I recommend google.
My condolences for the little guy.

Re: Ideas on foods.
Your son has the 3 most common food allergies ... look at the links below.
http://www.foodallergy.org/recipes.html
http://www.kidswithfoodallergies.org/recipes.html
(--- > very good one) http://www.cookingallergyfree.com/
The list goes on and on ....be smart look at the ingredients.
A side note:
Any person that does NOT ask their doctor 50 bazillion questions is not helping the matter ... docs ARE NOT mind readers..YOU are the Captain of your health.
He/she SHOULD have answered this question for you.

I did ask alot of question. He was very helpful in most of the matters. I got a few websites. I was searching for more info to be fully aware of the situation. I thought maybe someone from here may know some great ones to look into. Can never have enough info on such things.People who have gone through things seem to have better insight. Thanks Cranium for the sites by the way!

Re: Ideas on foods.
My sister was allergic to eggs, milk (both proteins, so goat milk was out of the question), beef, potatoes... let's put it this way: she had a lot of chicken and salads (with homemade dressings). Unfortunately, almost all "good tasting" store-bought foods have whey in them (milk product) including cold cereals, pretty much all chocolate, etc.
I know you're already a busy woman, but home cooking will probably have to become more of your son's diet if it isn't already. I feel for you. I know my sister got absolutely sick and tired of chicken and other things... at least he's not allergic to potatoes (there's a bazillion potato recipes out there).
Most grocery stores now sell soy and rice milk (I've tried both, and prefer rice to soy... it's a matter of preference) and other dairy-free alternative products. Soy is a great thing, for instance tofu, but you have to learn how to cook good things with it. Otherwise, you and/or your son will learn to hate soy with a passion and won't ever want to try it again.
Of course, a common substitute for eggs in recipes (mostly baking) is apple sauce (use Google to find out how much apple sauce per egg), and one thing you can also look into is dehydrated milk... SOMETIMES people with milk allergies do well with it... depends on the actual allergy.
Anyway, good luck!

Re: Ideas on foods.
mcsmc has some great suggestions. I was going to suggest looking for rice milk products as well. Also. . find oats (like oatmeal) for breakfast that don't require milk on them to be all kinds of tasty. If you look in the diet foods section of the supermarket you can find lots of rice made products that won't have eggs or dairy used to make them. Removing dairy from his diet might not be all bad even though kids do need some. Put him on a vitamin like Flintstones and you'll want to make sure he eat veggies full of calcium (like broccoli) to make up for that calcium loss and allow him to gain bone density.
The good thing is that as kids get older they tend to out grow some of those allergies (not nuts) so he might be able to have dairy and eggs at some point. My cousin was allergic to 37 different type of foods and grasses when he was a kid and now leads a perfectly normal life.

Re: Ideas on foods.
The best thing I can tell you is to painstakingly read ingredient labels. "Casein" is milk - but they'll often list that instead of milk-derivative so they can get away with selling it as "non-dairy" because it's simply lactose free. Jerks.
I'll list some recipes here for you.. You can try them if you like, they're just what Eagan has liked so far.
Turkey Stroganoff
-1 lb extra lean ground turkey
-1 onion (any size, yellow or white)
-minced garlic or garlic powder to taste
-1 can corn
-1 small can mushrooms
-pepper to taste
-salt to taste
-cornstarch
-rice dream (a milk alternative) or Silk Soy Milk (vanilla)
-any sort of noodles you'd like - I use the tomato, spinach, and whatever macaroni looking stuff.
***Dice onion and cook with turkey until turkey is browned, flavoring as desired. add can of corn (undrained) and mushrooms (undrained). Start boiling water for noodles. In a small cup, mix about 3-5 tbsps cornstarch with the rice or soy milk (small amounts added slowly to prevent clumping). Once cornstarch is dissolved in milk, pour into turkey mix. Keep adding soy or rice dream and keep at medium heat until your sauce is as thick as you want it to be. Once your noodles are done, just pour the meat sauce over the top and you're done!
It's really quick, it's really easy and so far, I haven't met a kid who doesn't like it. You can also make some rolls to go with it, but if you are making storebought rolls, CHECK THE INGREDIENTS VERY CAREFULLY. I can usually only find one can that doesn't have milk... and it's usually a generic brand or a croissant type thing.
Argh, I don't have my recipes with me (still in tx with the hub) and I can't remember all the ingredients for anything else. If you're interested, PM me and when they get here, I'll send you some recipes.
I know I have recipes for dairy-free chocolate chip cookies and brownies and stuff like that, but they call for eggs. Is there an egg substitute for baking?
Good luck!

Re: Ideas on foods.
No, it's just that they're finally realizing that certain chronic "illnesses" are really just allergies... and more doctors are listening to their patients when they express a suspicion of allergies.
I was told for YEARS that there is no such thing as a dairy allergy other than lactose intolerance. It was through my senior AP Bio class that I figured out I was allergic to the large proteins found in cow's milk.
Modern medicine is all about there being a disease that can be eliminated with some drug. Allergies don't work that way... therefore they must not exist *eyeroll*
I still run into this kind of bullshit with my son. "I think he may be allergic to strawberries and that may be why he has that rash on his tummy."
"No. It is just a rush that kids get when they're young. It is not related to what he's eating."
"Then why does the rash's presence seem to coincide with certain foods he eats? And the mucousy poop? What about that?"
"You're just paranoid. Rashes are just rashes and mucousy stool is normal."
Fucking morons.
