Chinese and buisness ethics

does china have any buisness ethics? Any laws? are they that immoral of a country? In my professional career, most of my work is on the internet. I keep seeing the same damn thing over and over again. A site, company, idea, will be there, and express rules. Everyone else in the world will follow them, except the chinese. On ebay, there are rules on things your not suppose to list, so thee asswads will keep creating account after account, to try to skim 5 bucks off of some dude, because thats the american equivalent of 1k. These little fuckers are everywhere. They will abuse anything they can as long as it doesn't cost them any sizeable amount of money, in complete disreguard for how much it will cost anyone else. For instance, 63.3% of all the spam mail sent originated from china. Even those stupid nigerian president who needs a us bank to store 50 billion dollars origiinated from china. Why do these fuckers need to scam, or intentionally fuck over everyone for a dime?

The only conclusion is that hina is an country with absolutely no moral's, no ethics, no standards, where it disregards any trade agrements or laws because it's either to lazy or doesn't care. Where just about every other nation may have buisnessmen who act like ruthless scoundrals, atleast the country's have the decentcy to hold these asswads accountable.

You answered most of yourself. The internet gives access to people with no money direct contact to those who do. Russia is the same as a number of other Eastern block countries are.

The attitude is that if you are stupid enough to fall for it you only have yourself to blame and if they didn't take it off you someone else would.

Monetary value also does come into it. Example:- in my country a fully qualified nurse averages $150 per month!

As for why the goverments don't really do anything except token gestures and empty promises is that they don't care if people from the west get ripped off (see paragraph 2)
