South African Caster Semenya, 18, had to take a
gender test after doubts were raised about her sex.
But despite the furore, she easily took gold in the final in Berlin.

Should athletes be subjected to this?
Surely an easier way would be to stick a finger in
their twats when they first embark in competitive
sports, so further examinations are unnecessary when they are successful.

I have to admit that this argument made me smile whilst driving (heard it on the radio earlier). Obviously, because of my Brrritish-ness, this cannot be allowed to happen again, or I may be arrested, thrown in jail, and then ejected to somewhere the other side of the world where it's a bit hot.
