That's the basic idea of how I want my labor and delivery to go this time around. I want to labor "actively" and deliver with absolutely no drugs.

However, if a bitch said, "Shh", I know I'd kill 'em. Making loud noises during childbirth is proven to be a HUGE pain relief. This really pisses me off, because with Eagan, the nurses were yelling at me that I was making too much noise and scaring the other moms.

Pfffft! Fuck you! I also ended up getting an epidural, which is what I blame for the horrendous uphill battle that breastfeeding turned into right after. Poor kid was too messed up to latch :(
