Re: Humor me...
Okay, it would be really hard to come up with THE dumbest thing I've ever come across in my life, but today I was doing the crossword puzzle in the newspaper, and the hint was "desire", and it was a vertical word. I filled everything else in, and the result was:
I
T
C
H
I couldn't figure out how the fuck to pronounce the word, I'm like... itkhu?
So I asked someone else, and simply spelled it for them, and they said, "yeah... ITCH, like you're itching to do something?"
:P

Re: Humor me...
I was at a military base in the US and was told a story once by a member of the Criminal investigation Command, the story goes like this;
A soldier with the military occupation specialty of Light wheeled vehicle mechanic was suspected of steeling Humvee parts.
The senior motor sergeant contacted CID and they started an investigation into the accusation.
It was found that the accusation was true and further investigation was warranted.
A check of the parts inbound log showed a large quantity of Humvee parts were unaccounted for and it was further noted that the soldier
in question was responsible for storage and distribution of those parts. The total listed missing items was well over 6400 individual parts,
from bolts and screws all the way up to a 6.7 liter turbo diesel engine.
After a check of the parts it was concluded that the soldier in question had accumulated 99% of the required parts TO BUILD A HUMVEE.
The unit commander ordered that a van be loaded with the remaining parts that were required, 15 gallons of diesel fuel and 2 MP patrol cars follow him to the soldiers house.
The nearly complete and FULLY operational Humvee was found in the soldiers garage.
The commander ordered the mechanic to unload the parts he had brought, the commander ordered the soldier to complete the installation, then made him fuel the vehicle.
The soldier was ordered to drive the Humvee back to base and upon his parking it in the motor pool he was promptly arrested.
.....
pfffft ... I thought is was amusing. Fuck you guys.
