hehehe... once upon a time, my mother was chatting up a godly woman at our church when she mentioned the sphincter at the back of the woman's throat.

The woman turned red... asking what she was implying.
My mother (oblivious) said she used to be in dental assisting and could help her to find where exactly it was.
