Memoirs of a Geisha Director: Rob Marshall Writers: Arthur Golden Screenplay: Robin Swicord Memoirs of a Geisha revolves around a young girl, named Chiyo, who is sold into the life of a geisha and her struggle as a geisha to find love. Review I know this movie has been out for quite sometime, but I hadn't watched it untill yesterday. I was captivated from the moment the images were brought up on my screen, I couldn't take my eyes off it. I even watched it a second time, late last night, just in case I missed anything important. It was a beautiful heart wrenching, and enchanting story, I recommend that everyone, young or old, watch this movie. If only for the simple entertainment it provides. This movie has my highest rating yet. 5 out of 5 stars *****/***** http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=EUqiU8ya5co

The government saw it coming but were too weak to stop it. Some of them preached about global warming and pollution but they were too naive to accept that this was a real problem. They were always believing these things to be a future event. It would have cost money to attempt to fix our mess. They hoarded money that they thought would be better spent on weapons and wars to themselves instead of investing it on our lives. They wanted to make our nation bigger and better than anyone's. Now the nation has become the world. The government did not tell us until it was too late for us to change. They knew for years but decided nothing could or should be done. Them with their thoughts that the public was too weak to handle the truth. That the population would panic and make things worse. How could it be worse? We had the right to know that we had caused our own destruction. We beings are destroyers by nature so why should we not reap our just rewards? Everyone would want to know that they will starve or thirst to death or choose to become nothing. Who would want to watch their children cry out for food or watch them transform into the unknown? Maybe we could have prepared. We would have changed it somehow, would we not? The poison is inured in everything. We ...
