LOL, you kind of explained me here. I want a small one because Im scared. I'm waiting until I get to Florida to do it so that Chriss can hold my hand during LOL. Im a chicken. I also want a bigger one on my shoulder, something with my sons name..just stuck on what kind of picture to put.

i do not offend easily dear lol , my sediments to each his own, but i do agree with you in the small department. i have a tendency to talk people into getting bigger pieces especially if they are a bit larger . lol even guys do the "omg my first tattoo has to be small because i am a pussy type" which amuses me, when they do get it and pass out. I am starting a wall of shame for those persons that cant handle the pain fall out lol.
as for the butt toppers. omg i had this chick walk in i drew her up a tattoo, placed her stencil on her so she could see it on her before i did the tattoo and out of her mouth came these words " if i get this tattoo is it going to make my ass look big?" me being me with out missing a beat i said " no fatter than what it was when you walked in" lol

When I was in Japan, I use to have weekends up in the country side at the Hot Spas.

Sitting side by side, butt naked to Yakuza (mafia) members was not too intimidating because the baths are a place for all to socialize.

They had the most beautiful artistic tats.
I didn't run out to get on myself. But I do recognize the artistic quality in some of them.

Thanks Josie, I have been keeping a list of stupid questions people ask and its getting quite long. I have been in the tattooing field for only four years i have actually been tattooing for two and a half and two of those so far since my accident with one blind eye. The questions are mind boggling sometimes but it is humorous and makes life a bit more exciting

Hehe, I am also known for my wonderful variety of "looks" I have... and there was this huge mirror in the room, through which I could glare at the artist. He ignored it for a whole minute or so, stopped, turned the chair around and said, "Look, lady, you're paying ME to do this to YOU." Hahaha

I explained that if he wanted to be able to finish within the hour and not have any breaks, I needed to glare at him. He nodded, and continued.

to tell the truth, he was a tad bit of a sissy but he is hella big so I didnt voice my opinion lol.. Most men are wimpering idiots when it comes to a lady with a machine that inflicts pain on them.

he did take it like a champ and endured the torture and I did enjoy tattooing him. not many have survived a back tattoo for such long periods of time with out passing out on me.
but the piece is great and it looks great on him , I would work on him anytime if he'd let me again.

haha ok your right. There are some that hurt an ungodly amount lol....the one on my mid/lower back hurt like HELL when it hit the spine, but the one on the nape of my neck didn't when it hit the spine...but the one on my foot.. good GOD was that painful! My tat guy told me that I'm going to want to kick him in the face and he was SO right! But I think Jenn wants to do something on her ankle or something like that and that one doesn't hurt too badly. That's where I got my first, so I'm just going by what I felt lol.

I have one on my ankle too and it didn't hurt that much... just the healing was not as smooth as I thought it would be. That's why it is called "healing", I guess.

I will get another one, but I am not sure where...

if you choose to get a tattoo it is going to hurt no matter where you get it. Do not let the pain factor deter you from getting a beautiful tattoo. so far the worst on I have gotten is on the back of my knee. I have them every where I would think it would hurt and that was it lol
