Polar-
In the interest of keeping the Green Zone clean of hijacking, I bring the suicide discussion here. Yay!

I'm glad no one is going to you as an expert on this subject, because you're fucking wrong. I mean that's literally just an enitire paragraph of bullshit you just spewed out.
Oh?

I've never understood the "attempt" at suicide. It's so easy to die it's fucking hilarious.
That's inarguably true.

Clearly attempts are made by those who are crying out for help/attention.
How the fuck is this not true? None of your "FACTS" addressed this point at all.

MYTH
Young people who talk bout suicide never attempt or complete suicide.
FACT
Talking about suicide can be a plea for help and can be a late sign in the progression toward a suicide attempt. Those who are most at risk will show other signs apart from talking about suicide
MYTH
If a person attempts suicide and survives, they will never make a further attempt.
FACT
A suicide attempt is regarded as an indicator of further attempts. It is likely that the level of danger will increase with each further suicide attempt.
How does any of this fact/myth bullshit address what I just stated? At no point did I make any reference to "young people" nor did I address the aspect of the suicidal population that "talks" about it before doing it. My point, if you bothered to read it, was in regards to those who attempt it in the most general terms with no specific age, motivation, or past behavior mentioned.

If an attempt is made and failed, that leaves the door open to be helped. Hence the cry for help/attention. When none is received, or no resolution met, another attempt (meaning could be successful or unsuccessful) may occur. You just proved my point.

Do you really need the attempt at suicide to tell you you need help? Why bother with something as traumatic as an attempt to kill yourself when you're just going to fail anyway (because you don't really want to die) and just get help?
This was a question of suicidal logic, not a statement. How can a question be without fact when there is no statement made---its a fucking question! Furthermore, at no point did I make the claim that I was an expert. Hence a question is asked by one who does not know the answer.

This just adds more to my question of why it has to come to the attempt of suicide at all. If you're even talking about suicide, speaking from genuine feelings of depression, shouldn't that be indicator enough that you need fucking help?
Questioning why it has to go that far, was my god damn point. On top of the fact that I simply don't understand how someone can fail at killing themselves if they are properly motivated to do so, i.e. they truly want to fucking die! Make sense?

No one who really wanted to die, failed...ever.
This wasn't addressed by your attempt to sound knowledgeable either. This statement also ties into my first point, which was undeniably true; about the ease one can bring death upon themselves, if properly motivated.

I don't know what crawled up your ass today Polar, but find something more relevant to address my points with. Instead of copy/pasting random facts from one site out of a million explaining suicide that does not address, in the slightest, what I was talking about or asking in the first place.
