Considering that you get almost 65 square kilometers of island, WITH about 33 kilometers of NEW roads on it, a 12 mil price tag seems pretty damn reasonable.

But it is located in Chile .. and I'm not so sure I'd be comfortable owning anything of value in a country so poor.

HA! My uncle and I were talking about this last night for a little bit. Not specifically this island, but that ho bag that bought the $88 mil apartment in NY. We both agreed a 10 million dollar island would be, BY FAR, our choice.
