I live in Austin, Texas. I'm 57 and have been riding since I was a kid. Current ride is a 2000 CBR1100XX which I love but think that my sport bike days may finally be behind me. Funny, the older I get the longer it takes to heal up and the more painful injuries are. I'm now looking for a dual sport for the more upright riding position.

Hiya, welcome.

Thanks for taking a look, I have a thread with the '89 Transalp I bought this year. You can see all the stuff I did and I'll answer any query you have in reference to it. Check the "projects" forum.

I've never rode in my life! I'm a nerd, I guess. Welcome to the forum!
Don't listen to Cranium, either. The trolls love to be fed and will often coddle you for more.

I think he only came here because I listed my bike for trade on another site. He might have had the impression that he needed to register in order to view pics.

I'm thinking he's not coming back.
