They were supposed to be here between 8am-12pm. I picked those hours because my patient is in the hospital and I have nothing to do, but do they come when they're supposed to? No. I just got off the phone with them, and they said "We had an outage and had to go to our central office" Well, gee, dickhead.. thanks for calling me to notify me. I could have went for a jog or went and got a bite to eat. Now I'm stuck for another few hours while you get here, and install the fucking FIOS. <sigh> I really hope this doesn't take the 4 hours like the website says.
