If you knew someone who was screwing the government, would you inform someone on this matter?

I know someone who receives welfare and she has a man at home paying her bills, and whatnot, while she shops for herself with the money she gets, and she buys this man food with her food stamps that is supposed to be for her child.

This is fucking sickening and pissing me off. Would it be wrong of me to call the welfare fraud department and make them aware of this?
