What's your favorite curse word and why?

Personally, I enjoy the Norwegian "Faen" which can be used in multiple settings.

I say "fuck" the most... but I think "cunt" really pisses people off. You call a woman a CUNT and they lose their minds. Not much different for a dude, you call HIM a cunt and he'll have steam shooting out of his ears too.

So I'll go with "cunt".

I often find myself saying "fucking bullshit" as well, though instead of the more common other way, I'll emphasize "fucking" instead of "bullshit".

I'll not mention the things I've said when I've been really pissed off.

True, but according to a study by Jan Pieter van Oudenhouden, Norwegians are the people that use God and the devil the most in cursing.
In most parts of the world, except Greece, Poland and USA, words regarding genitals are the most popular. USA, along with Croatia, prefer to swear about sexual acts.

Poland is the country in the world were they swear the least, while USA comes in second(!).

Doesn't surprise me about us using sexual acts the most, though.

This is, after all, a country where Saturday morning cartoon characters can describe in great horrific detail how they're going to torture and maim someone to death, but if a media correspondent is found talking about sex on the radio, it's a 50,000 dollar fine.

Imagine that. 50,000 dollars. I could drive recklessly on a sidewalk in front of a school during recess, and I wouldn't get fined that heavily. Our values are fucking warped all to shit.
