I have been in the mood to watch some comedy for a while now but i'm not sure what i should download.

I tried googling "top ten funny movies" and stuff like that, but i got a bunch of crap that i've already seen like Airplane or Dumb and dumber.

So i was wondering if anyone knows of any good comedy flicks that wouldn't be a total waste of time.

I don't care if they are old or new or whatever, i just want some ideas.

Thanks in advance! :khi5d:

Ghostbusters.

And how the hell do you figure Saving Private Ryan is a comedy? You've got one fucked up sense of humor.

Good point. It is a great movie , however I would not put it under comedy....

Although I prefer horror movies, I thought Wedding Crashers, The Big Lebowski, & Monty Python & the Holy Grail were good.

I agree that Blazing Saddles and Saving Private Ryan are excellent movies.

In general I find anything with Adam Sandler, Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller, Martin Lawrence, Hank Azaria or Jim Carrey works for me.

They all work well in comedy roles.

Also someone mentioned it earlier, and I found White Chicks hilarious also.

But yeah, Police academy is a good one.
