Ok, so, the computer geek who owns the computer store told me for PC gamers, AMD chip is better then Intel.

I didn't ask him why, so maybe you can help out?
Is this true? Why?

Anybody out there with AMD experience can confirm this?
If so, my next set up will be AMD.

Edit:
Oh, I forgot. My graphics card is about the die on me. The fan was not turning, so I cleaned it out and oiled it up a bit.
Nvidia, latest or next to the latest version.

Should I stick to Nvidia or go for the other guys?

I've always had better luck with AMD processors. I've had comparable systems running concurrently and the AMD tower usually runs faster and smoother than the same class of Intel chip.

As for graphics... Nvidia IS one of my favorites, especially the GeForce series.

Stop speaking Chinese. I can't understand what the hell you're talking about. Honestly once they went away from labeling things Pentium II, Pentium III etc I got lost. I have no idea what a good set up is anymore and I'm not going to pretend to understand. I just buy the middle priced one. I figure its not too much slower than the fastest and it will all be outdated in 2 weeks anyway.

Dude, you have a choice with your CPU besides Intel.

Same goes for your OS. You can choose besides Windows.

Wait........you're pulling my leg, aren't you.
