For a one bedroom, I charge $25.00, and on up, depends on the size, but I'm cheap, and I'm thourogh, I have ocd, so I have issues with cleaning, but your place will be spotless when I am done, and looking brand spanking new. I will pay you $100 a month to clean my house (just upstairs). You can do it 4 times (once a week) or 2 times (every other week.) If you do the basement once a month I'll give you an extra $25.
