The times and conditions of NOW would not be conducive to any previous authority figure to do things they became known for.

The information age coupled with a massive amount of truly apathetic shitbag civilians have given the upper hand to a charismatic well funded person that can spin his message... regardless of his competency.

Basically, my opinion is that no one from the past could, as a single guiding figure , fix the issues of today, especially since ALL the former politicians had a hand in bringing us to where we are.

However, I'd like to see Presidents Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jackson, Lincoln, Roosevelt and Truman make a comeback. In support, I'd like to see Senator Joseph McCarthy make a comeback as well to get rid of those god damned Communists once and for all.
