I could think of a whole heaping hell of a lot worse things to say in this situation...a plethora of ideas of what this woman could say involving terrible and abusive parenting solutions to this situation including but not limited to:

"WTF are you doing?! Lemmie see what you've got under there!"
"Are you jerkin off? Show me how you're doing it, you might be doing it wrong."
"Pfft. Mine's bigger than yours you little faggot. See!"
"Would you prefer I did it for you? Let me help you with that."
