Be advised;
This feature is USER GROUP enabled.
In other words, a n00b can't use it.
I'll post a guide to what each rank level is entitled to ASAP.
Basically ... if you are in the founder user group ( those that registered between March 1st and march 10th ) you have FULL access already.

If you can't get it to work;
1. YOU are a retard and can't follow simple instructions.
OR
2. YOUR user group is not allowed to have this feature yet.

3. Goto your User CP --->then "edit your details" then scroll down to the "Additional Information" section.

Nope. I'm using Firefox. That's normally not an issue, but perhaps it is?
