Forum redesign.

The current style and layout will be retired in the coming days.

I have selected a new style/layout that will allow me greater flexibility with upgrades and add ons.


This means that ;

a) All current modifications and forum tweaks will go away.

1. I will do this because I have been hacking and splicing the original forum product for over a year now.
I need to start on a fresh install.

2. Posts and threads will not change or be deleted, but most likely all user profile customizations will become
unusable on the new format and you will have to change and reapply them.

b) All customization I have made to the code will go away.

1. All the additional stuff such as, Youtube in profile, Music play list in profile, user custom colors etc, etc...
will not work or even be viewable in the new style until I reapply the code changes in the appropriate areas.

Do not be alarmed by this as MOST of that stuff will be added at a future time after I have made the place stable again.

2. Almost ALL of the smiles are based on a light color background and are .png files with a white matte background.
They will NOT work with the new style and will have to be changed.

This is an issue as it will remove the smile from posts made in the past and replace it with a simple word/ phrase.
There is no way around this because I do not intend to rename everything.



So ... be patient because things will likely be buggy for a while.
