Im in the middle of answering to a thread..... and the screens start jumping around. I have a few half answered posts and I think a thread that I wasnt able to finish... ( and the screens started shifting... ) .
The last one was : answering to ..If I was a superhero.... and it jumped to .... say something nice to the person above you thread.

I thought it was just me at first so I gave it a few days to work itsself out. It hasnt stopped, its continuing. Is it b/c Im using Internet explorer instead of firefox? Guess I'll relog in with firefox and see if it stops?

It's never done that to me. I'm always on FF, though.

In other words ..

How long are you waiting before you start typing ?

DO you open a thread and IMMEDIATELY jump into a reply ?

Also ... PLEASE tell me you are NOT using dial up.

No Not dial up.
Im in firefox now and havent yet posted.
Its been going on, but you said you were working on things , so I left it alone.
Lemme try a few posts and see if it happens again. If I remember right , ya did mention that you were not going to be working on explorer capabilities.... so I'll try the other.

Actually, the last time it happened.. I was searching for a pic and trying to load it . But the other times there was no pic involved.

I posted and there were no difficulties this time.. but thats how it goes.. its not every post.. its every so many. I dont want to post whore.. so Im trying to find topics that I can answer to in 5 mins or less.

The threads are codded to navigate to the LAST post if you click the arrow in the thread preview.

If this is not a constant movement issue then I would have to say its normal.

Because I can not reproduce it in either IE or FF.

The threads with pictures that are too large will be auto resized when the thread is loaded ...
this cause a slight lag and the appearance of the page moving on its own, this is also normal.

I went back to the superhero thread.... I had quoted and then replied and then tried to post a pic. Does that help any? I didnt know if quoting would make a difference.it was trying to post the pic that things went haywire.

and my post only half completed is not there.

OK .. I have no issues.

No one else is saying this is an issue ..

I can not reproduce this issue ....

So .. I am only left with the result that the fault is yours and
not the system.

I am unable to help you.

I'll make some adjustments and see if I can limit the pic resize adjustments ...that is all I can think of that might be the issue.

This thread is confusing. I read the whole thing and still don't understand anything more than "jump".

It seems you caught Blonditis!!!

On Topic, I haven't really had any issues with this forum yet. I don't know why all these people are complaining.

IE does work.

I run IE. I've never had problems with that. My only beef so far is that occasionally I click on say page 4 to go look at a thread and it takes me to page 1 instead. But it doesn't happen regularly, maybe only 2 or 3 times so I figured I'm a fuckwad and hit the wrong page.

The mods I made to the quick reply is most likely causing the occasional issues.

so...

1. We all deal with the issues.

or

2. I return the quick reply to normal and you all will have to go to the advanced reply tab to add smiles and such.

or

3. I continue to tinker and see if I can clear it up.

Basically .. I need time.

I am removing the row of smiles from the quick reply .. you will still be able to select the smiles from the pull down menu.

.... will happen later.

I'm saying that you qualify for a reduction in fuckwad status in this case.
