What's the stance on the creation of alts?

They can serve the purpose of providing humor and adding a bit of excitement, but things often get out of hand quickly when they're used maliciously. Especially when someone uses them to attack others anonymously.

They have a place, in my opinion. Some funny shit can be stirred up with the right kind of alt.
